NexaGrid Business Automation / Purchase operations

Catch supplier changes before they become surprises.

Acknowledgments arrive. The small changes hide.

Before

Open the PO, open the acknowledgment, compare every line, copy changes into a spreadsheet.

After

Review an exception list with both source rows beside every finding. Your buyer decides what to accept.

A small workflow, with a clear handoff.

01 / BRING THE RECORDS

Use existing exports

PO line export + supplier acknowledgment table. Agree on a stable ID and a complete date range.

02 / CHECK THE DIFFERENCES

Review linked evidence

Exact IDs, amounts and dates drive the checks. Ambiguous fields are marked UNKNOWN.

03 / KEEP CONTROL

Decide and export

Accept or dismiss findings with a reviewer note. Download the report and decision log.

Inspect the exceptions.

Download sample input

Load the synthetic batch or select a JSON file matching the sample schema. Processing happens in this browser; selected file contents are not sent to a server.

This is a rules-based demo using structured or human-reviewed inputs. It does not provide autonomous AI document understanding. Exception-heavy samples are designed to expose limitations.

Edit input / schema

Decisions stay in memory until downloaded. Refreshing clears them. Rules time excludes document extraction and human review.

Put your own numbers to work.

Estimate labor savings only. Do not count flagged amounts as revenue collected.

A narrow scope for sensitive records.

Local demo processing

This optional demo processes JSON locally. The authenticated app separately stores uploaded data under the published access and retention controls. No AI document extraction is included.

Source-linked findings

Each finding includes original source rows. Missing or incompatible data is routed to review, not silently accepted.

Agreed pilot handling

Use redacted samples first. Agree on access, retention and deletion before sharing live records. No SOC 2 or compliance certification is claimed.

Questions before a pilot

Does it update our ERP?

No. The pilot is read-only. Your buyer approves changes in the system you already use.

Can it read any supplier PDF?

No. The app requires template-compatible CSV inputs. Automatic PDF extraction and human-assisted mapping are not included.

Why not use Excel?

If a lookup sheet already solves this reliably, keep it. Test LineLatch only if recurring mapping and review work is taking meaningful buyer time.

Is this already proven with customers?

No. The demo uses synthetic data. The paid pilot tests whether your data can be mapped reliably and whether the time saved justifies a recurring service.
